Terms & conditions

Terms & conditions

These terms govern the use of Maple Bus services. By booking or travelling with us, you agree to them — please read them carefully.

Ticketing & reservations

All tickets are subject to availability and must be purchased in advance through our official website or authorised ticketing channels.

Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as set out in our Ticket Cancellation Policy.

Boarding & departure

Passengers must arrive at the designated boarding point at least 15 minutes before the scheduled departure time.

We may refuse boarding to passengers who arrive late or don’t follow our boarding procedures. A valid ticket or booking confirmation is required to board.

Passenger conduct & safety

Passengers are expected to behave respectfully towards fellow passengers and staff. Smoking, consuming alcohol or drugs, and disruptive or offensive behaviour are prohibited on board.

Passengers must follow all safety instructions from our staff and applicable laws.

If you travel with a service dog, contact customer service to confirm space is available. Our vehicles have limited space, and you may need to book an additional seat.

Luggage & belongings

Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings and must make sure they are stored securely. We accept no liability for loss, damage or theft of luggage or personal belongings.

Schedules & delays

We make every effort to keep to published schedules, but departure and arrival times may change without notice because of traffic, weather or other unforeseen circumstances. We accept no liability for inconvenience, losses or expenses caused by delays or schedule changes.

Liability

We strive to provide a safe and comfortable experience but are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from the use of our services, nor do we guarantee the availability, accuracy or completeness of information on our website or linked websites.

Intellectual property

All intellectual property rights in our website, logos, trademarks and content are owned by Maple Bus. Unauthorised use or reproduction is prohibited.

Privacy

We handle your personal information in line with our Privacy Policy. By using our services you consent to the collection, use and disclosure of your data as described there.

Governing law & updates

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there. We may update these terms at any time; please review them periodically.
